NYLO Dallas South Side is located within close proximity to the Dallas Central Business District and the Dallas Convention Center. The building is located at the corner of S. Lamar and Belleview, within walking distance of Gilley's Dallas live music and entertainment venue, the Palladium Ballroom, Dallas' landmark urban community South Side at Lamar and the Cedars DART station. Completion Date was August 2012.
